Hey! My name is Logan Boothe, and I’m here doing what I love: helping people improve the quality of their lives. Massage and functional exercise have both had profound mental and physical impacts on me, completely transforming my life for the better—and my dream is to share this medicine with you.

Although the amazing studies on massage and movement are impressive, my philosophy is nothing new; it’s simply a return to the basic foundations of being human. I bring over five years of massage experience, along with a background in strength, mobility, and athletic training, to help you reach your goals.

My approach blends Western therapeutic techniques with Eastern traditions, which I studied intensively during my travels throughout Thailand and India. I integrate everything I’ve learned over the years into each highly personalized session to meet your unique needs with stellar service.
